Remove all boosts from Characters in play and in Reserve. Then, depending on the number of boosts removed this way: • 1+: Target Character in play or in Reserve gains 2 boosts. • 4+: You may return target Character or Permanent to the top of its owner's deck. • 9+: Your opponent's Expedition facing me moves backwards one region.
